http://www.1aauto.com When replacing the hinge bushings on a Chevy or GMC Pickup Truck Tahoe Blazer Yukon or Suburban you may need to remove the hinge stabilizing spring. This video shows you how to get the spring back in place.
I also use the wire tie method to compress the springs but instead of cutting them, I use a long piece of wire and heat the tip red hot and touch it to the wire ties. It only saves a minute, but anytime I don't have to handle razors is a good time when working on a car! LOL Thanks for your vids, they are great!

I didn't have a floor jack ,so I hung my door from a tree limb with heavy straps to replace pins and bushings. I did this by myself.
