1A Auto shows you how to remove or replace the interior door panel trim on your vehicle. You need to remove the door panel for a number of different repairs, for example door handles, window regulators, power window motors, door locks and more. This video, will help you do this.
Great video on how to take apart the door panel. I did this with my car in hopes of repairing my passenger side power lock. The key fob, and the actual power lock button in the car will not unlock the passenger side door. It sounds like it's the actuator but I'm hesitant to take it apart any further for fear of causing more harm than good. Any suggestions or videos you can point me to that may help? Thanks in advance!
Awesome video. This is the first time i ever didnt anything major on my car. i replaced my mirror within 30 mins. But i ran into a problem after fixing it. I can lock and unlock doors when key is not turned on. But once the key is turned on i cannot lock the doors. I'm talking about the power door locks..Any body know if i did anything wrong during this process
Thanks for this video, really interesting. I have a 2002 Corolla (NZE120) which is exactly like this one. Was going to try it out cause one of the electric window is making noises when it's at the top part (shakes with bumps when on the top, even when closed). Mike, can you suggest anything re this problem? Driver's side is also like not going down in a straight manner, so it gets almost stuck and continues on its way down.
